Cutscenes definitely look strange without some of the prerendered cutscene effects that really add the oomph you’d need. The game feels polished and the platforming is fun as usual, Klonoa 1 being a fun little romp even if it’s short. It’s so good to see this series return with a vengeance, showing that even as almost two decades pass Klonoa is still here to show his stuff.
